Functional strength
Hinge, squat, push, pull, carry — built to hold up under fatigue.
Conditioning that matters
Work capacity with control — not reckless speed or ego lifting.
Durability first
Train hard, recover smart, and keep showing up without getting sidelined.
Coaching that fits your life
I coach both in person (Tampa Bay) and online. The goal isn’t to lock you into a package — it’s to help you move better, get stronger, and improve your quality of life.
If money is tight, still reach out. I’d rather help someone make progress than price them out. We’ll figure out something that makes sense for your schedule, your goals, and your situation.

FAQ: CrossFit vs Functional Fitness
Is this CrossFit?
No. While some tools overlap, my focus is movement quality, durability, and long-term performance — not racing the clock for a score.
I have old injuries — can I still train?
Yes. I’m 43 with metal implants in my shoulder and leg and still train and compete. Functional fitness adapts to your limitations instead of ignoring them.
Isn’t speed what causes injuries?
Poor mechanics under fatigue cause injuries. We earn speed after strength and movement quality are solid.
What if I’m a beginner?
That’s ideal. We build fundamentals first so you progress safely and confidently.
